LANCASTER — If Rumpke collects your trash – you may soon have a new service day.
Beginning the week of February 3, trash in Lincoln County will be picked up on Wednesdays.
The collection schedule change impacts residential and commercial customers with weekly collection. Commercial customers serviced multiple times per week will not experience a change in service schedule.
“Customer service is a priority for Rumpke,” said Adam Rumpke, region vice president. “We’re grateful for the opportunity to provide waste collection services for residents and businesses in Lincoln County and Crab Orchard. This change will improve our efficiencies. We believe this reroute will be beneficial for everyone involved.”
Customers will receive a mailer with information about the new service day.
The schedule change is part of a larger reroute the company is implementing in several counties. For questions and more information, please contact Rumpke’s customer service team at 1-800-828-8171 or www.rumpke.com.
