Lincoln Co. Democratic Women to meet Jan. 9

The January meeting of the Lincoln County Democratic Women will be held Thursday, January 9 at 5 p.m. at the Kentucky Depot Restaurant. Programs for the upcoming year will be discussed.

Lincoln Co. Health Dept closing early Jan. 15

The Lincoln County Health Department will be closing at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15, for a staff meeting.

Lincoln Co. Spelling Bee Feb. 5

Health Dept closed for MLK Day Jan. 20

The Lincoln County Health Department will be closed Monday, January 20, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.

Stanford Lions Club accepting used eyeglasses

The Stanford Lions Club is accepting donations of good, used eyeglasses.You can drop them at Fox & Friend Funeral Home, Stanford, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Lincoln Co. Health Dept closing early Jan. 27

The Lincoln County Health Department will be closing at 1 p.m. on Monday January 27, for a mandatory training.

Lunch at Lincoln County Senior Citizens Center

Lincoln County Senior Citizens Center invites all (60+) years old to join us for lunch on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:30 a.m. The meals are FREE but donations are welcome. Please call by 2 p.m. the day before you plan to come in order to sign up for a meal. Bus transportation to the Center and home is also provided. For more information, call (606) 365-9016.

Cedar Creek Sportsman Club

The Cedar Creek Sportsman Club meets every third Tuesday of the month with a meeting and meal. Membership is $60/year. Anyone wanting to rent building, please contact Phyllis Adams at (606) 355-0276.
