GCAC hosting Betty Hulett Crouch Memorial Art Exhibit
The Garrard County Arts Center invites the public to view a sampling of the lifelong collection of artwork by local artist Betty Hulett Crouch beginning Jan. 9.
Crouch, a very prolific painter who usually paints on a daily basis, began painting later in life and her inspiration stems from her love of family and the family farm located in Garrard County where she grew up.
Garrard Arts and Crouch’s family will be hosting the opening reception on Thursday, Jan. 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Arts Center, located at 206 Lexington Street, Lancaster.
Crouch’s artwork will be on exhibit at the GCAC during the month of January.
