For anyone considering taking a tour of the historic William Whitley House this year, the time is now.

The 2019 season at the historic William Whitley House is quickly winding down, with the last available day for tours this season Saturday, Oct. 26.

The William Whitley House tours are currently available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday or by special appointment for visitors.

Restrooms on the grounds will close Nov. 1.

A special Christmas on the Wilderness Road Open House will be held Saturday, Dec. 14, from 4 to 7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 15. From 2 to 5 p.m.
