Embry, who passed away in August of 2018, was the SHA executive director for over 30 years. Embry's children, Ronnie Woods Gilbert and Annalisa Ochs, were on hand for the dedication along with her grandchildren, Jackman Ochs and Embry Ochs. SHA board members attending were Scottie Ernst, Kristi Petrey, Caty Curlis, Greg Padgett and Wilkinson.

NEW SIGN on Stanford Housing Authority office.
Lucy Ann Embry, long-time executive director of the Stanford Housing Authority, was honored by the board which worked under her for years with the naming of the office building as The Lucy Ann Embry Administrative Office.
The new sign on the building at 100 Lacy Street in Stanford was unveiled by Tim Kitts of the Danville Housing Authority and SHA board chairman Jerry Wilkinson.
Embry, who was Stanford Housing Authority director for over 30 years, passed away in August of 2018.
Embry’s children, Ronnie Woods Gilbert and Annalisa Ochs, were both on hand for the dedication ceremony along with her grandchildren, Jackman Ochs and Embry Ochs.
SHA board members in attendance were Scottie Ernst, Kristi Petrey, Caty Curlis, Greg Padgett and Wilkinson.
