Main Street parking in front of the Lincoln County Courthouse was out of the question Monday, with the Thoroughbred Concrete Pumping truck occupying most of the spaces as it rolled into town to help with the repair of the concrete blocks flanking the front steps.
The concrete-pouring project lasted most of the day, with the Thoroughbred truck rolling out of down around 8:30 p.m. Monday evening.
