Lincoln grand jury indicts 15

STAFF REPORT
A Lincoln County grand jury indicted the following people on June 27:
• Tammy R. Bolin, 1640 Goshen Road, Stanford: five counts theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Houchens Food Group with a value of more than $500 for each count. Bond was set at $50,000 cash or property. Detective Tim Morris with the Stanford Police Department testified.
• Chris S. Brock, 129 Darst St., Stanford; and Britney G. Deatherage, 100 Robin Drive, Stanford: both charged with theft by unlawful taking of property worth more than $500. Bail was set at $20,000 each. Greg Hill with the SPD testified.
• Jessica Moffett, 91 Dorothy Ave., Olive Branch, Mississippi: theft by unlawful taking ore than $500; theft by unlawful taking less than $500. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or property. Detective Tim Morris with the SPD testified.
• Hagen R. Black, 143 Citation Drive, Danville: first-degree wanton endangerment to an officer; first-degree fleeing or evading police; no head lights. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or property. Morris testified.
The following people recently waived their right to a grand jury trial and were directly indicted:
• Joshua Eversole, 23, 107 New Haven Court, Lancaster: first-degree promoting contraband.
• Stacy L. Spoonamore, 35, 2185 Ottawa Road, Brodhead: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth.
• Jamie Tillett, 44, 80 Rube Brown Road, Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth.
• Donald E. Reed, 46, 95 East John Sims Road, Crab Orchard: receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000; first-degree possession of controlled property, meth.
• Bryan Lee Robinson, 25, 2007 Hayes Road, Eubank: driving under the influence of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance, meth, pre-trial diversion granted.
• Dustin Floyd Slone, 28, Waynesburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, pre-trial diversion granted.
• Gerald Rogers Bradley II, 25, Ohio: making false statement for a prescription; identity theft, pre-trial diversion granted.
• Nikki Woods, 27, 197 Woods Lane, Lancaster: third-degree burglary; receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000.
• Joshua J. Morgan, 30, 232 North College St., Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000.
• Benny Moore, 43, 2345 Bowen Road, Stanford: third-degree burglary; receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000; first-degree fleeing or evading police in vehicle; first-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; three counts first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree criminal mischief.
• Charles D. McElroy, 29, 108 Lisa Ave., Danville: third-degree burglary; second-degree unlawful access to computer.
