STANFORD – A man was killed Monday in a wreck on U.S. 150, according to Lincoln County Emergency Management officials.
Traffic is currently being rerouted on U.S. 150 at the intersection of KY 1770, near Preachersville Road, as emergency responders work to clear the scene, according to Emergency Management.
Officials on scene said one man was pronounced dead at the scene and a female was transported by EMS to Fort Logan Hospital in Stanford. An infant was also flown from the scene by helicopter. They were all in the same vehicle.
The driver of the second vehicle was uninjured.
As of 7:13 p.m., police and emergency responders were still on scene and ask motorists to avoid the area if possible.
