Jessica Heller, impersonating a peace officer. Preliminary hearing 1-30-17.
Aaron McNew, theft by deception include cold checks under $10,000. Dismissed.
Brian K. Monson, burglary 2nd degree amended to trespass 2nd degree – merged, resisting arrest, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and 1st degree possession of controlled substance/drug unspecified 1st offense amended to attempted. Plea of guilty. $100 fine; $50 fine; and 6 months probated 2 years with no offenses (KAP), respectively.
Gary D. Payton, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol), possess controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine) and resisting arrest. Preliminary hearing 2-2-17.
Steven Snyder, 1st degree possession of controlled substance/heroin 1st offense and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Find probable cause. Refer to grand jury.
Steven Snyder, theft by unlawful taking all others $500 or more but under $10,000 amended to receiving stolen property (F). Find probable cause. Refer to grand jury.

Bryon C. Bowling, speeding 26 mph over/greater, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt and careless driving. Failed to appear. Notify Department of Transportation.
Josh Dooley, assault 4th degree no visible injury and criminal trespass 2nd degree. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.
Christy Brock Goodlett, theft by unlawful taking or disp all others under $500. Dismissed with leave.
Derek Jones, failure to comply instructional permit. Failed to appear. Notify Department of Transportation.
April McKee, operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, .08 2nd offense and assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury – merged. Plea of guilty. $350 fine, $375 service fee, counseling, 12 months suspension of license and plates and 7 days (with credit).
Frankie A. McKee, wanton endangerment 1st degree amended to wanton endangerment 2nd degree. Plea of guilty. Time served.
