Crab Orchard man indicted in alleged rape of minor girl

STANFORD – A 26-year-old Crab Orchard man was indicted on three counts of third-degree rape by a Lincoln County Circuit Court grand jury in December.
Jacob D. Rhoner-Ellis allegedly engaged in intercourse with a female under 16 years of age on three separate occasions in spring, summer and fall of 2022, according to the indictment.
Rhoner-Ellis was indicted by a grand jury on Dec.14. His bail was set at $15,000. Trooper Toney Allen testified for the Kentucky State Police.
Additional indictments
The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on Dec. 14 and Dec. 15:
• Samuel L. Blakey, 41, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia (syringe); operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked. Bail was set at $7,500. Deputy Ron Luster testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• John T. Martin, 35, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia (syringes); operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; second-degree fleeing or evading police by disobeying peace officer’s signals to stop his vehicle while in pursuit in an attempt to elude police; failure to wear a seat belt. His bail was set at $7,500. Deputy Ron Luster testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• Christopher D. Hughes, 43, Crab Orchard: possession of handgun by convicted felon. Bail was set at $10,000. Deputy Ron Luster testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• Clinton R. Howard, 40, Broadhead: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia (straw). Bail was set at $5,000. Deputy Ron Luster testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• Dadrain B. Jones, 26, Stanford: first-degree burglary by unlawfully entering or remaining unlawfully in a dwelling home of Kamren Harris with intent to commit a crime while effecting entry or while in the building/home or immediate flight there from caused physical injury upon Kamren Harris and Justyn Harris; third-degree criminal mischief by destroying or damaging property belonging to Kamren Harris of a value under $500. Bail was set at $15,000. Deputy Ron Luster testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• Charles S. Lopez, 45, Hustonville: theft by unlawful taking by unlawfully taking property belonging to Danny S. Coffman of a value of over $10,000; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $10,000. Deputy Ron Luster testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• Amanda J. Luttrell, 37, Hustonville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (over two grams of methamphetamine); third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (over 20 units of Clonazepam); possession of drug paraphernalia (baggies, digital scales); improper registration plate. Bail was set at $20,000. Deputy Michael Mullins testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.
• Jeremy T. Watson, 43, Hustonville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (over two grams of methamphetamine); third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (over 20 units of Clonazepam); possession of drug paraphernalia (baggies, digital scales). Bail was set at $20,000. Deputy Michael Mullins testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.
• Michael A. Meade, 55, Crab Orchard: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Deputy Michael Mullins testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.
• Steven B. Carter, 48, Brodhead: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Deputy Michael Mullins testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.
• Issac Michael Guy, 34, Stanford: second-degree burglary by knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully in a dwelling belonging to Steve Cook with the intent to commit a crime; theft by unlawful taking or exercising control of moveable property belonging to Steve Cook of a value greater than $1,000 with the intent to deprive the owner. Bail was set at $10,000. Detective Joe Gilliland testified for the Stanford Police Department.
• Dakota Moore, 29, Waynesburg: second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by possessing/passing a forged check in the amount of $150 drawn on Farmers National Bank; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by possessing/passing a forged check in the amount of $175 drawn on Farmers National Bank; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by possessing/passing a forged check in the amount of $140 drawn on Farmers National Bank; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by possessing/passing a forged check in the amount of $140 drawn on Farmers National bank; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by possessing/passing a forged check in the amount of $125 drawn on Farmers National Bank; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by possessing/passing a forged check in the amount of $125 drawn on Farmers National Bank; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by possessing/passing a forged check in the amount of $200 drawn on Farmers National Bank; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by possessing/passing a forged check in the amount of $300 drawn on Farmers National Bank; first-degree persistent felony offender. • Jeremy R. Salyers, 31, Eubank: first-degree persistent felony offender by committing the felony offenses of fleeing or evading police, criminal mischief, and possession of handgun by convicted felon.
