Harrodsburg Health & Rehabilitation Center has received a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The rating is based on survey results and  state inspections during the past three years.

The staff at Harrodsburg Health & Rehabilitation Center strive to meet or exceed the highest level of quality of care for its residents and staff and that’s exactly what a 5-star CMS rating means. It signifies that services provided at Harrodsburg meet or exceed all state and federal standards and the overall environment of the facility is at the highest level required and, in some cases, exceeds those requirements. The CMS state surveys and inspections include interviews, observation, and the review of records and policies.
