June Coers, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021. She was the owner of JC Coers Interior Design in Louisville for over 35 years. June was a member of the DAR.

She was born on July 13, 1947 in Stanford, Kentucky to the late John and Margaret (Carpenter) Clausen. She is also preceded in death by her former husband, Michael Coers and brother, Richard Clausen.

June is survived by her son, John Michael Coers; nephew, John “Rick” Clausen; niece, Kathy Kettle; grandson, Jesse Michael Coers; granddaughter, Deanna Carter; and great granddaughter, Michaela Jackson.

A memorial gathering for family and friends will be from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive)

The family requests that contributions in June ‘s memory be made to the Kentucky Humane Society in Louisville.
