Lincoln schools to provide supplies again in coming school year
The Lincoln County School District is excited to announce it will be providing school supplies to all students for the 2021-22 school year. Students will only be responsible for providing their personal backpacks.
The district made the decision to provide school supplies last year to help ease the burden of the pandemic and has decided to do so again this year as the community continues to recover and return to normalcy.
Civic groups, churches, and others that have donated supplies to schools in the past are still encouraged to do so and the rest will be supplemented by the district.
The 2021-22 school year will begin on August 24th for students. Registration for returning, and new students, is now underway and can be done by visiting www.lincoln.kyschools.us or by calling the Student Support Center at 606.365.2124.
