AUGUST 8

Rebekah L. Horner, public intoxication of controlled substance, $100 fine and costs; second-degree disorderly conduct, $100 fine, 60 days, probated two years on condition of no further offenses; resisting arrest, 60 days, probated two years on condition of no further offenses.

Paul J. Schilling, Jr., violation of emergency protective order, $100 fine, 30 days, probated two years on condition of no further offenses.

Billy J. Biggs, fourth-degree assault minor injury, $200 fine, 60 days, probated two years on condition of no further offenses.

Terry A. Coulter, fourth-degree assault domestic violence no visible injury, dismissed with leave; violation of emergency protective order, dismissed with leave.

Emily K. Garcia, careless driving, $50 fine; two counts operating on suspended operator’s license, amended to no operator’s license in possession, $25 fine on each count.

Troy Lee McKinney, possession of marijuana, $100 fine.

Amanda Dawn Rice, speeding 15 mph over limit, $30 fine and costs; failure to produce insurance card, $50 fine; expired registration receipt and expired registration plates, merged; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 suspended for 12 months, costs; operating on suspended operator’s license, amended to no operator’s license in possession, $25 fine; failure to surrender revoked operator’s license, merged.

Ronald Summers, fourth-degree assault no visible injury and second-degree criminal mischief, dismissed with leave.

AUGUST 12

Lisa Bishop, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, .08, $200 fine, $375 fee, costs, counseling and 30 days license suspension.

Timmy Worthington, public alcohol intoxication, time served.

Brittany Lynne Mills, failure to give right of way to emergency stopped vehicle, $100 fine and costs.

Robert Neeley, theft by deception less than $500, dismissed with leave.

Dallas R. Petrey, operating on suspended operator’s license, 37 days, to serve seven days with credit, remaining time probated two years with no offenses.

Adam Keith Russell, failure to wear seat belts, fine paid; failure to produce insurance card, dismissed on proof.

Alexandria Shafer, inadequate silencer (muffler), dismissed with leave; failure to produce insurance card, amended to no insurance, first, $1,000 fine, $900 probated and costs.

Phebe J. Wilson, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, second offense; first-degree promoting contraband. Waived to grand jury.
