AUGUST 1

Joyce K. Wofford, first-degree criminal trespass, 30 days, to serve four days with credit, remaining time probated two years with no offenses and no contact with complaining witness; public alcohol intoxication, $25 fine and costs.

William C. Estes, second-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, second-degree fleeing or evading police, motor vehicle and resisting arrest, all dismissed with leave.

Garrett Hicks, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, dismissed with leave.

Dwayne Kitchens, speeding 15 mph over limit, standard fine and costs; driving DUI suspended license, second offense, amended to no operator’s license in possession, $50 fine; controlled substance prescription not in original container, $100 fine.

Kerry Naylor, third-degree terroristic threatening, dismissed with leave; second-degree disorderly conduct, $50 fine.

Phillip R. Price, Jr., theft by unlawful taking less than $500, dismissed with prejudice.

Crystal Starr, fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury, dismissed with leave and no violent contact; public alcohol intoxication, $25 fine and costs.

AUGUST 5

Kevin Lee Alford, one headlight, merged; operating on suspended operator’s license, $100 fine and costs.

Billy Wilson, failure to wear seat belts, $25 fine; no operator’s license amended to no operator’s license in possession, $25 fine; failure to produce insurance card, $25 fine.

Leslie Earl Bailey, operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08, $200 fine, $375 fee, costs, counseling, 30 days license suspension, 30 days, probated two years on condition of no further offenses.

Robert M. Bishop, no tail lamps, merged; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 suspended, probated 12 months and costs.

Jeremy Chambers, failure to produce insurance card, $25 fine and costs; operating vehicle with expired operator’s license amended to no operator’s license in possession, $25 fine.

Gary W. Colliver, failure to wear seat belts, fine paid; no operator’s license, dismissed.

Wynter Loretta Jenkins, expired registration receipt, expired registration plates, and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation, dismissed on proof; failure to produce insurance card, $25 fine and costs.

Don Ray Manning, II, public alcohol intoxication, $25 fine and costs; possess open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, $25 fine.

Warren Patterson, speeding 26 mph over, amended to 15 mph over, $30 fine and costs; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, second offense, $2,500 fine, $2,000 suspended; expired registration plates, merged.

Joie T. Brown, second-degree unlawful access to computer, amended to attempted, 365 days, probated one year, $849.79 restitution.

Paul David Brown, first-degree wanton endangerment of police officer; first-degree fleeing or evading police, on foot; resisting arrest; convicted felon in a possession of a firearm; second-degree persistent felony offender; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Waived to grand jury with counsel.

Shelby Centers, first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to second degree, 60 days; failure to use child restraint device in vehicle, merged.

Amanda Rice, two counts endangering the welfare of a minor, 60 days on each count; first-degree wanton endangerment, 60 days.

Billy Spurgeon, first-degree promoting contraband, amended to attempted, 365 days, probated one year on condition of no further offenses.
