Tera D. Board, expired registration receipt, expired registration plates and improper display of registration plates, all dismissed with leave; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 probated one year and costs.
Jason Carrier, speeding 25 mph over limit, to attend STS; driving too fast for traffic conditions and careless driving, both dismissed.
Jessica Carter, expired registration plates and expired registration receipt, dismissed with leave; license to be in possession and failure to produce insurance card, both dismissed.
Timothy Paul Douglas, careless driving and disregarding traffic control device – traffic light, both dismissed with leave; possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 days to serve, concurrent; second-degree unlawful imprisonment, 12 days, concurrent; fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury, 12 days; resisting arrest and two counts second-degree disorderly conduct, dismissed with leave; three counts third-degree assault of a police officer amended, 12 days on each count, concurrent; second-degree criminal mischief, dismissed with leave.

Naveda Martinez, expired registration plates, expired registration receipt, and failure to produce insurance card, all dismissed on proof; operating on suspended operator’s license, $100 fine and costs, 30 days, probated two years with no offenses.
