Silas Rathbun, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08, $200 fine, $375 fee, costs, counseling, 30 days license suspension and 30 days, probated two years on condition of no further offenses; one headlight, $25 fine; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 suspended; expired registration receipt, $25 fine; expired registration plates, merged; improper display of registration plates, merged.

William Frisby Lane, careless driving, $50 fine and costs.

Tim Alford, operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08, $350 fine, $375 fee, 12 months license suspension, 14 days.

Breeanna April, speeding 22 mph over limit, to attend STS; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 probated.

Michael L. Huntsberger, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500, dismissed with leave.
