Lenten Lunches

The Lincoln Ministerial Association is again sponsoring Lenten Lunches. All lunches start at noon and end at 1 p.m. Donations will be accepted and will go toward special causes that each church will identify at the lunch. Locations and dates for the lunches include: March 6 – Stanford Christian Church; March 13 – Stanford Presbyterian Church; March 20 – New Beginning UMC; March 27 – Stanford Baptist Church; April 3 – Fairview Baptist Church (transportation provided); April 10 – Pleasant View Baptist Church (transportation provided).

Chili Supper at Westside Community UMC

There will be a Chili Supper at Westside Community United Methodist Church on Friday, March 1 from 5 to 7 p.m. The meals are $5 per person or $20 per family and are available as “Dine In” or “To Go.” The Hustonville Elementary Parent Teacher Organization is partnering with the Westside Community Park to host events to raise funds for the PTO and for the development of a community park on the west side of Lincoln County. The church is located at 2875 Highway 127, Hustonville.
