FEBRUARY 11

Oralee Christopher, operating on suspended operator’s license amended to no operator’s license in possession, $25 fine and costs.

Christopher Day, improper display of registration plates and expired registration receipt, both dismissed with leave; failure of owner to maintain insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 probated and costs.

Eric Shawn Dolen, speeding 15 mph over limit, to attend STS; violation of international registration plan, operate with inactive/cancelled/revoked motor fuel tax license, part 397 federal safety regs – transporting hazardous material and failure to produce insurance card, all dismissed on proof.

Austin Naylor, speeding 25 mph over limit, to attend STS; careless driving, dismissed with leave; improper equipment, $25 fine and costs; driving too fast for traffic conditions, dismissed with leave.
