Lady Patriot golfers open with 18-hole invitational

The Lincoln County Lady Patriot golf team opened its season in the Central Kentucky Golf Classic played last week at the Danville Country Club.
The 18-hole invitational was the first tournament/match of the year for the girls team and first-year coach Martha Bastin.
Of the three Lady Patriots participating in the invitational, Kennedy Stamper led the way with a 103. Grace Muse followed with a round of 106 and Ally Lynn shot a 123.
The team’s next match is today at the Dix River Golf Course.
