Crab Orchard alcohol?

Oh how the people cry for beer in this small town. Haven’t we had enough pain from having so much drug use here?

One said we could use the money from sales to hire another police officer. Yes, we will need another as more laws will be broken due to the consumption of alcohol.

I’ve personally seen the effects of alcohol. Our oldest son was drinking alcohol and died in a motorcycle accident. That pain of loss was almost unbearable. How can anyone want alcohol when it impairs the ability to drive and even think straight!

So many voting for alcohol attend the local churches. As a Christian, “Christ-like,” we should stand up against alcohol.

Proverbs 20:1 – “Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.”

Where is the backbone of Crab Orchard? Stand straight and sober and do what is right.

No alcohol for Crab Orchard!
