January 8

Floyd Lee Hillard, improper turning – merged, failure to wear seat belts – merged, failure to produce insurance card. Plea of guilty. $50 fine.

Christopher Hooker, speeding 15 mph over. Plea of guilty. $30 fine and costs.

William Michael Marion, expired Kentucky registration receipt, expired registration  plates, operating vehicle with expired operator’s license and rear license not illuminated. Failed to appear. Notify Department of Transportation.

Haylee Olds, public intoxication controlled substance. Plea of guilty. $100 fine and costs.

Cameron M. Penman, alcohol intoxication in a public place. $25 fine and costs.

Dallas Ray Petrey, Jr., public intoxication controlled substance, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Plea of guilty. $50 fine; $100 fine; and $100 fine, respectively.

Gerald Rodgers, expired registration plates and expired Kentucky registration receipt – dismissed. Plea of guilty. $25 fine and costs.

Diacona Salinas, failure to wear seat belts – merged, no operator’s license and failure to produce insurance card – dismissed. Plea of guilty. $50 fine and costs.

Brandon C. Schmiers, operating on suspended operator’s license and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation. Failed to appear. Notify Department of Transportation.

Dylan Singleton, two counts third-degree criminal trespassing. $25 fine and costs on each count.

Reno Jacob Smith, instructional permit violations. $75 fine and costs.

James Donald Wright, Jr., theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, 40 days probated two years.

Daniel L. Brown, theft by deception include cold checks under $500. Plea of guilty. Restitution and fees.

Matthew Vic Crum, first-degree possession controlled substance, meth amended to second-degree possession controlled substance; possession of defaced firearm – merged; drug paraphernalia – buy/possess- merged; possession of marijuana – merged. Plea of guilty. 12 months probated one year.

Cynara T. Davis, first-degree robbery. Waived to grand jury.

Timothy Johnson, second-degree robbery; first-degree assault. Waived to grand jury.

Bradley Wayne Poynter, first-degree possession controlled substance, meth amended to second-degree; convicted felon in possession of firearm – merged; drug paraphernalia – buy/possess – merged and possession of marijuana – merged.  Plea of guilty. 12 months probated.

Ronnie B. Rogers, first-degree robbery; and first-degree assault. Waived to grand jury.

Devin Snow, reckless driving; first-degree fleeing or evading police, motor vehicle; first-degree fleeing or evading police, on foot; three counts first-degere wanton endangerment of a police officer; receiving stolen property under $10,000; first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth; drug paraphernalia buy/possess; third-degree criminal trespassing; operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, .08 aggravator second offense. Waived to grand jury with counsel.

Devin B. Snow, first-degree fleeing or evading police, motor vehicle; first-degree fleeing or evading police, on foot; reckless driving; three counts of disregarding stop sign; first-degree wanton endangerment. Waived to grand jury with counsel.

JANUARY 11

Kaygan Hartness, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, 30 days, to serve 10 days, balance probated two years and banned from Walmart.

Kendall Herring, theft by unlawful taking less than $500; no operator’s license; and failure to produce insurance card. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

David Ashley Price, second-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), expired registration plates – merged, expired Kentucky registration receipt – merged, improper display of registration plates – merged, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, 20 days; $200 fine, 20 days; $1,000 fine, $900 suspended 12 months; and $50 fine, respectively.
