Joseph M. “Joey” Albright, II, 66, passed away Friday, January 12, 2018 at his home.

Born in Stanford, June 27, 1951, “Joey” was the son of Joseph M. Albright, Sr. and the late Erna Rae Howard Albright. He was the husband of Connie Franklin Albright whom he married June 30, 2001. Joey was the former owner of The Parts Shop of Stanford in the 70’s and 80’s and was a member of Crab Orchard Baptist Church. He had a great love of his family, especially his grandchildren and his beloved pet, Oreo. Joey was a true Kentucky Wildcat fan.

Survivors include his wife, Connie Franklin Albright; father, Joseph M. Albright, Sr.; daughter, Dayna and husband Todd Carmicle; son, Joseph Albright, III; stepson, Branden Wilcher; brother, Jeff and wife Lissa Albright; seven grandchildren, Shaylan, Emerie and Tristen Helton, Kelsey, Levi, Karley and Brayden Wilcher; one great grandson, Jaxton Devine; two nieces, Kayla Albright and McKenzie and husband Eric Hanson; and one great nephew, Jay Bruce Hanson.

Funeral services were Wednesday, January 17 at Watts Chapel Baptist Church with Bro. Dan Gutenson officiating. Burial was in Crab Orchard Cemetery.

Visitation was Tuesday, January 16, at Watts Chapel Baptist Church.

Active pallbearers were Tristen Helton, Todd Carmicle, Bill Norfleet, Greg Franklin and Barry and Jeff Kaufman. Honorary pallbearers were his co-workers from SourceHov and his beloved pet Oreo.

McKnight Funeral Home was entrusted with funeral arrangements.
