NOVEMBER 16

Lisa Lynn Bishop, public intoxication controlled substance. Plea of guilty. $50 fine and costs.

Thomas Lynn Lawson, failure to wear seat belts – merged, obstructed vision and/or windshield – dismissed, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license amended to no operator’s license in possession and failure to produce insurance card. Plea of guilty. $25 fine and costs; and $50 fine, respectively.

Ansarro D. Miller, four counts of theft by deception include cold checks under $500. Plea of guilty. $933.81 restitution, fees and costs.

Denzil Roe, rear license not illuminated and driving on DUI suspended license. Plea of guilty. $25 fine and costs; and $100 fine, respectively.

Hailey Ann Foley, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot). Plea of guilty. $100 fine, costs and 30 days probated one year.

Juan Gonzalez, Jr., public intoxication controlled substance, third-degree criminal trespassing and menacing. Plea of guilty. $50 fine and costs; $100 fine; and $50 fine, respectively.

Brittany Haight, theft by unlawful taking/disp shoplifting. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, costs, 40 days, to serve 10 days, (credit) balance probated two years on condition of no further offenses.

Brittany Haight, criminal littering. Plea of guilty. $100 fine and costs.

Todd D. Hall, fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Plea of guilty. $100 fine and 30 days probated two years; and $100 fine, respectively.

Toby Kirby, theft by failure to make required disposition of property. Plea of guilty. 30 days.

Sabrina Neeley, license required – to be carried on person and giving officer false name or address. Plea of guilty. $25 fine and costs; and $50 fine, respectively.

Victoria Peyton, failure to wear seat belts, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess – merged and possession of marijuana. Plea of guilty. $25 fine and costs; and $50 fine, respectively.

Dylan Singleton, driving on DUI suspended license amended to operator’s license suspended. Plea of guilty. $100 fine and costs.

Billy L. Wilson, Jr., two counts of theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, 40 days, to serve 10 days, balance probated two years on each count.

William K. Collett, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, costs, 40 days, to serve 10 days, balance probated two years.

Bernard L. Hoskins, disregarding stop sign – merged, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt – merged, no/expired registration plates – merged and failure to produce insurance card amended to no insurance first. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, $375 fee, costs, counseling and 30 days license suspension, four days jail, credit for one day; $1,000 fine, $900 probated, respectively.

Robert M. Watkins, driving on DUI suspended license and failure to wear seat belts – merged. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, costs and 60 days probated two years.

Shaun Travis Crank, one headlight, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, first-degree possess controlled substance meth, and drug paraphernalia- buy/possess. Waived to grand jury.

Ryan Ellis, second-degree criminal possession forged instrument amended to third-degree. Plea of guilty. 12 months probated one year and complete rehab.

Amanda Byrd, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, costs, 40 days, 10 days to serve, five days credit.
