The Lincoln County student pep section was a real “eruption zone” Tuesday night at the Lincoln County-Pulaski County boys basketball game, as it tried to cheer the Patriots on to victory.
After cheering on the team for most of the game, the pep section really came to life in the fourth quarter as Lincoln, which was on a five-game win streak coming into the game, used a 10-0 run to tie the game at 41-all.
But Pulaski, which was riding its own winning streak, would quiet the pep section over the remainder of the game, outscoring the Patriots 19-12 to claim the win and up its win streak to eight games.
