Kelli Padgett of Waynesburg has been named to the Transylvania University dean’s list for the 2017 winter term. Padgett, a graduate of Boyle County High School, is a Biology major.

To be named to the dean’s list, a student must achieve at least a 3.5 grade point average during the term.

Transylvania is ranked in the top 15 percent of the nation’s four-year colleges by The Princeton Review, which cites its community-driven, personalized approach to a liberal arts education through 40 majors.
