Michael Joseph Nevius, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st  off, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, one headlight, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, reckless driving, license to be in possession and improper equipment. Plea of not guilty. Pretrial conference 1-18-18.

Nathan L. Carrier, fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (on foot). Plea of guilty. $100 fine.

Richard Montgomery, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card and operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense amended to reckless driving. Plea of guilty to reckless driving charge. $100 fine and costs. Remaining charges dismissed on proof.

Martinez-Lopez Noe, speeding 22 mph over limit and no operator’s/moped license. Plea of guilty. Standard fine and costs; and $100 fine and 30 days probated 2 years with no offenses, respectively.

Castillo Isidro Ochoa, no operator’s/moped license. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, costs and 30 days probated 2 year with no offenses.

Jeffrey D. Rogers, assault 4th degree minor injury and terroristic threatening 3rd degree. Continued to 2-1-18. To dismiss if no contact.

Timothy J. Folger, escape 2nd degree identify facility amended to escape 3rd. $100 fine and 60 days, to serve 30 days.

Timothy James Folger, unauthorized use of motor vehicle 1st offense. $100 fine, and 120 days, to serve 30 days, concurrent.

Candice L. Sparkman, burglary 3rd degree. Waived to Lincoln County grand jury.
