JUNE 1

Adam Troy Riddle, speeding 15 mph over limit, reckless driving, improper start from parked position and possession of marijuana. Plea of guilty. 30 fine; $100 fine; $25 fine; and $100 fine, 10 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses, respectively.

Asha N. Brown, hindering prosecution or apprehension 2nd degree. $500 fine – $250 suspended, 90 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.

Jason D. Cummins, no/expired registration plates. Plea of guilty. $100 fine and costs.

Patrick G. Garr, terroristic threatening 3rd degree. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, 30 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.

Alvin Gifford, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and criminal trespass 2nd degree. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, 10 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses (KAP); and $100 fine, 20 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses (KAP) and costs, respectively.

Darryl R. Jennings, speeding 15 mph over limit – merged and operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, $375 service fee, counseling, 30 days license suspension and 30 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.

Keith B. Moore, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

Mary Murphy, unlawful transaction with minor 3rd degree. Dismissed with leave.

Dara Rayborn, harassment (physical contact) no injury. Dismissed without prejudice.

Amanda Mae Roberts, disorderly conduct 2nd degree. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

Steven T. Taylor, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st. Plea of guilty. $1,000 fine, $900 suspended, costs, 10 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.

Steven Williams, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

JUNE 5

Michael W. Weaver, contempt of court. Plea of guilty. Restitution of $99.33.

Eric J. Board, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st and no operator’s/moped license amended to no operator’s in possession. $1,000 fine, $900 probated; and $50 fine, respectively.

Roy D. Brock, no/expired registration plates – merged, improper display of registration plates – merged, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt -merged, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st and license to be in possession. Plea of guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security charge. $1,000 fine, $900 probated and costs. License to be in possession charge was dismissed.

Jessica D. Guinn, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Failed to appear. Dismissed with leave. Refer to county attorney.

Woodrow Perry, Jr., failure to wear seat belts – merged, possess open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle – merged and operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs w/.08 aggravator 1st offense. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, $375 service fee, costs, counseling and 30 days license suspension..

Melinda M. Quinn, failure to produce insurance card and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation. Dismissed on proof.

Kendra Denise Rowan, no/expired registration plates. Dismissed on proof.

Shanna G. Rowe, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, failure to produce insurance card and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation.

Kendra D. Rowen, no/expired registration plates, failure to produce insurance card and no insurance 1st offense. Plea of guilty to no insurance 1st. $1,000 fine, $900 probated and costs. Remaining charges dismissed.

Adam R. Serres, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc..08 1st offense, failure to produce insurance card and failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st.  Plea of guilty to operate motor vehicle under influence/drugs charge. $200 fine, $375 service fees, costs, counseling and 30 days license suspension. Remaining charges dismissed.

David M. Swinney, no/expired registration plates and no/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Dismissed on proof.

Terri M. Watkins, theft by deception include cold checks under $500. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

Robert West, alcohol intoxication in a public place. Plea of guilty. $25 fine and costs.

Christopher Bustle, assault 4th degree (domestic) 3rd or greater within 5 years amended to assault 4th and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Plea of guilty. 6 months probated 2 years with no offenses and no contact with Bobby Brown; and $100 fine and costs, respectively.

Kenneth W. Denney, impersonating a peace officer, assault 4th degree no visible injury and terroristic threatening 3rd degree. Find probable cause. Refer to grand jury.

Kenneth Wayne Denney, resisting arrest, impersonating a peace officer and menacing. Discharged.

Sabina Michelle Denny, two counts of traffic in controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense – drug unspecified,  traffic in marijuana less than 8 oz. 1st offense and trafficking in legend drug 1st offense. Find probable cause. Refer to grand jury.

Paula Irish, fugitive from another state – warrant required. Continued to 8-17.

Shannon L. Penman, two counts of traffic in controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense – drug unspecified, traffic in marijuana less than 8 oz. 1st offense and trafficking in legend drug 1st offense. Find probable cause. Refer to grand jury.

George Sizemore, Jr., theft of legend drug 1st offense or value less than $300 amended to theft by unlawful taking and menacing – merged. Plea of guilty. 6 months probated 2 years with no offenses.

JUNE 8

L’Acee Butcher, criminal trespass 1st degree. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

William Bill Davis, hindering prosecution or apprehension 2nd degree and fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (on foot) – merged. Plea of guilty. 10 days to serve.

Gregory Delk, fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (on foot) and resisting arrest. Continued to 8-17.

Lanessa M. Grow, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

Jesse None Mayberry, speeding 17 mph over limit – merged, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license – merged and license to be in possession. Plea of guilty. $50 fine and costs.

Jimmy Dean Owens, no motorcycle operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card – merged, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates – merged, possessing license when privileges are revoked/suspended – merged, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation – merged.  Plea of guilty. $25 fine; $1,000 fine, $900 probated and costs; $25 fine; $100 fine; and $25 fine, respectively.

Stacey J. Sanchez Salagado, failure to wear seat belts, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to produce insurance, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st and license plate not legible. Failed to appear. Notify Department of Transportation.
