Lincoln softball team has outscored opponents 70-8 in last four games

The road has been good to the Lincoln County Lady Patriot softball team.
The Lady Pats have really racked up the runs in four straight road trips, outscoring their opponents 70-8.
Lincoln, now 11-8, blanked Estill County 15-0 in four innings at Irvine prior to the 23-1 45th District rout at Danville. The Lady Pats followed up the Danville victory with a 12-0 shutout at West Jessamine then, on Tuesday, coach Jeff Young and his crew posted a 20-7 win at Southwestern.
The Lady Pats continue their road tour with five more away games before returning home on May 9 to host Rockcastle County. They will be at Russell County today, at Tates Creek Friday and Saturday for a tournament and Wayne County Monday.
