Crystal Rosalee Allen, promoting contraband 1st degree amended to promoting contraband 2nd degree. 90 days probated 2 years with no offenses.
Charles Annes, operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, .08 2nd offense, unlawful imprisonment 1st degree amended to unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct 2nd degree and wanton endangerment 1st degree amended to harassment. Plea of guilty (Alford plea) to resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment charges. 60 days probated 2 years with no offenses; 60 days probated 2 years with no offenses; and $100 fine and costs. Remaining charges dismissed.
Kim Brock, traffic in controlled substance 1st degree 2nd or greater (<2 gms methamphetamine). Waived to grand jury.
