David D. Newsom, operating vehicle with expired operator’s license. Dismissed on proof.
Melissa Leanne Piscatelli, one headlight – merged and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. $25 fine and costs.
William Cody Plummer, vehicle a nuisance, noisy, etc. Dismissed.
