Mary Ann Yantz, age 66, of Suits Us Drive, Somerset, formerly of Waynesburg, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at her residence. 
Born Sunday, January 22, 1950, in Waynesburg, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Georgia Back Day. Mary Ann was a homemaker, previously attended Friendship Old Regular Baptist Church, and was a loving mother and nana. 
Mary Ann leaves behind her husband, Larry Yantz of Waynesburg; three sons, Larry Scott Yantz (Tammy) of London, Timothy Shawn Yantz (Mariah), and Chad Brandon Yantz (Sarah) of Waynesburg; five grandchildren, Peighton Victoria Yantz, Kailin Ann Yantz, Coltin Hunter Yantz, Kamryn Alexis Yantz, and Rex Nolan Yantz; six brothers and sisters, Orene Correll (Paul) of Somerset, Joe Day of Florida, Gale Hampton of Waynesburg, Margaret Eldridge Sams of Somerset, Hettie Thompson of Waynesburg, and Gladys Thompson of Indiana; and sister-in-law, Erma Day of Indiana. 
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters, Estill Day, Burnett Day, Donald Hampton, Glenn Hampton, Minnie Browning, Magel Guinn, Betty Bryant, Rachel Wright and Nancy Caudill.
Funeral services were Tuesday, November 29, at Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. Howell Hackler officiating the service. Burial was in Double Springs Cemetery. 
Scott Yantz, Tim Yantz, Chad Yantz, Coltin Yantz, Nolan Yantz, and Paul Correll served as active pallbearers. Peighton Yantz, Kailin Yantz, Kamryn Yantz, and Larry Yantz served as honorary pallbearers.
Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home, Waynesburg, was entrusted with Mary Ann’s arrangements.
