Lincoln County grand jury hands down indictments

A Lincoln County grand jury indicted the following people on Sept. 23:
• Tony Brock, 36, and Jessice Lynn, 33, both of 11445 U.S. 127, Hustonville: receiving stolen property (firearm). Brock was also indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $20,000 cash or property for Brock and $10,000 cash or property for Lynn. Kentucky State Police Trooper J. Kearney testified.
• John T. Martin Jr., 28, 1740 Peck Hollow Road, Hustonville: tampering with physical evidence; and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $20,000 cash or property. Kentucky State Police Trooper J. Walls testified. Martin was also indicted for first-degree fleeing or evading police; and first-degree wanton endangerment. Bail in that case was set at $25,000 cash or property. Walls testified.
• Jody W. Taylor, 37, 17 Rose Lane, Brodhead: second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $25,000 cash or property. Kearney testified.
• Anthony Drury, 32, 620 Brisom Place, Waynesburg; and Maranda Conner, 27, 2005 Harris Creek Road, Stanford: receiving stolen property more than $10,000. Drury was also indicted for first-degree fleeing or evading police; and first-degree wanton endangerment. Bail was set at $25,000 cash or property each. Lincoln County Deputy Sheriff Chase Marcum testified.
• Eric Coffey, 37, 1246 Rube Brown Road, Hustonville: first-degree bail jumping. Bail was set at $25,000 cash or property. The Lincoln County Circuit Court Clerk testified.
• Donald L. Harris, 63, 4454 Pine Grove Road, Stanford: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs (fourth offense); possessing an open alcoholic beverage contained in a vehicle; and driving on a suspended or revoked license. Bail was set at $20,000 cash or property. Kentucky State Police Vehicle Enforcement Officer Matt Hutti testified.
