Question: Where do you work? What do you do there?

Answer: I teach 5th grade reading at Hustonville Elementary!

Q: What is your favorite thing about your school?

A: I love my Hustonville family! We are a very dedicated hard-working bunch of people!

Q: How do you spend your free time?

A: I spend as much time as I can with my family (especially my new grandson) and I help on our farm. 😊

Q: What is your favorite food?

A: Mexican food is my absolute favorite! I could eat chips and salsa every day!

Q: What is the best book you’ve ever read?

A: Books are my favorite…so I really can’t choose! The Kid in the Red Jacket, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and Because of Mr. Terupt are ones I enjoy in fifth grade.

Q: What is your favorite movie?

A: I have several favorites: Sweet Home Alabama, The Blind Side, Armageddon, Friday Night Lights…just to name a few.

Q: If you could pick one place to visit on vacation, where would it be?

A: I would go back to Hawaii!

Q: Who was your favorite teacher growing up?

A: I have many favorites, but two standouts are Mrs. Davis (my 5th grade teacher) and Mrs. Price (my 8th grade teacher).

Q: What is your favorite team?

A: I cheer for the CATS and the PATRIOTS!

Q: If you could make one rule in life, that everyone had to follow, what would it be?

A: Don’t worry about what everyone else is doing, take care of yourself.

Q: Do you wear red on Friday?

A: Of course!
