Helen Antoinette (Bratcher) Schuler, 71 of Waynesburg, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at her home. She was the wife of Raymond Paul Schuler whom she married on June 8, 1974. Helen was born in Stanford, KY on March 31, 1951, a daughter of the late Barbara Marie Kielbawsa Bratcher and Freddie W. Bratcher. She was a member of the St. Sylvester Catholic Church. She was a 1969 Graduate of Crab Orchard High School and received her associates degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Helen was a former secretary for the Brougtontown School and was a Preschool teacher for Waynesburg Elementary for over 20 years. Helen truly loved her family and she treasured every moment she had with her grandchildren. She was a faithful prayer warrior and would try to help everyone in need.

Helen leaves behind her loving and devoted husband Raymond Schuler; her three children, Amy Teresa & Husband Adam Recktenwald, Lori Catherine & Husband Marc Elmore, and Stephen Paul Schuler & Wife, Grace; two brothers, Johnny Bratcher and David Bratcher & Wife Sonja; two sisters, Jeannie Fitzpatrick and Mary Ann & Husband, Roger Adams; ten grandchildren, Isaac, Ian, Emma, Pheobe, Ollie, Sophie, Madelyn, Wesley, Cameron & Molly; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Pallbearers Include: Isaac & Ian Recktenwald, Patrick Carrier, Michael, Christopher, Bil, Joe & Andy Bratcher

Honorary Pallbearers: Bill Tucker, Mike Link, Roger Adams, Everett Bruffatt, Keith Lemons, Eddie Bastin and Dwight Young.

Funeral Mass: 11:00 AM, Monday, July 4, 2022 at the St. Sylvester Catholic Church with Father John List officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Sylvester Catholic Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5pm until 8pm on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church.

Memorial Contributions can be made to the St. Sylvester Catholic Church Building Fund .
