Tommy H. Owens, 76, of Stanford Kentucky, passed away on

September 25, 2020, at his home.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th, 2020 at Calvary Hill Baptist Church from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Tommy was born in Lincoln County on December 30th, 1943. He graduated from Stanford High School at the age

of 15 and continued his education at the University of Kentucky. Tommy Owens led a legendary life as a local businessman. He was a Chevrolet Dealer for over 35 years. He started his own Rock Quarry, ran a Paving Business, Construction Company and Excavating Company, and was a partner in Lincoln County Ready Mix. He ran a Hauling Business and also was a farmer. He was an amazing landlord to countless local families for most of his life. He employed thousands of bright men and women throughout his many years as a businessman.

Tommy is survived by a large loving family, as well as a multitude of close friends and employees.
