Rosa Lee Wyler Carrier, 94, of Waynesburg, passed away on October 23, 2019.

Born on August 16, 1925 in Stanford, Kentucky to the late Christian Wyler and Matilda Lademan Wyler, Rosa was a past member of the Lincoln County Dairy Association and was a past 4-H leader for 10 years. She was a homemaker for most of her life. She also helped on the farm and every year raised a one-acre garden. Her garden was her passion and she loved her flowers. Rosa Lee was a wonderful cook; some would say the best cook in Lincoln County. She could make a meal from anything. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Christian Church.

Survivors include one son, Steve Carrier of Waynesburg; three daughters, Gail Isaacs (Frank) of Stanford, Melinda Pence (Buddy) of Stanford, and Peggy Franklin (Roger) of Hendersonville, TN; 10 grandchildren, Brian Carrier, Patrick Carrier, Missy Robbins, Scott Isaacs, Joey Mullins, Sara Whobrey, Morgan Pence, Kyle Murphy and Staci Burton; 12 great-grandchildren and one more on the way.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Arnold Carrier; one daughter, Jane Ann Mullins; one grandson, Jason Mullins; three brothers, Rudolph “Buddy” Wyler, Al Wyler and Fred Wyler; four sisters, Ida Mae Gover, Carolyn Helton, Elizabeth Cooper and Margaret Alford.

Funeral services were held Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Mt. Moriah Christian Church in Highland.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be donated to: Mt. Moriah Christian Church Building Fund.

The family would like to thank the staff of Parkview Manor, Landmark of Lancaster and Heritage Hospice for their kindness, love and care. The children would also like to give a special thank you to caregivers Faye, Carolyn, Lisa and Jan.

Pallbearers were her grandsons, Patrick Carrier, Brian Carrier, Scott Isaacs, Morgan Pence, Kyle Murphy, Joey Mullins, Timmy Robbins, Nick Whobrey and Richard Burton.

Honorary pallbearers were her granddaughters, Missy Robbins, Sara Whobrey, Staci Burton, Kathy Carrier, Christy Mullins, Sara Pence and Lia Murphy.
