Latonya Clayton, fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury, dismissed; second-degree criminal mischief amended to second-degree disorderly conduct, $50 fine and costs; endangering the welfare of a minor, merged.

William Ray Johnson, careless driving, dismissed; possession of a controlled substance, dismissed on proof; possession of drug paraphernalia, merged; controlled substance prescription not in original container, $100 fine.

Luke D. Robinson, failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation, dismissed on proof; failure to wear seat belts, fine paid.
