Nicholas Shane Owens, failure to wear seat belts, $25 fine and costs; expired registration receipt, $50 fine; expired registration plates, license to be in possession and no operator’s license, all merged; operating on suspended operator’s license, $100 fine.

Christopher Elkins, operating on suspended operator’s license; rear license not illuminated; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Indicted.

Deanna N. McAninch, public alcohol intoxication, dismissed; third-degree criminal mischief, merged; second-degree burglary, amended to first-degree criminal trespass, 365 days, probated one year on condition of no further offenses.

Jansen L. Penman, operating on suspended operator’s license, $100 fine; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation, dismissed; failure to wear seat belts, $25 fine; failure to use child restraint device in vehicle, $50 fine.

Chasity Nicole Taylor, operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia. Indicted.

Franklin D. Anness, one headlight, dismissed; operating on suspended operator’s license, five days; second-degree fleeing or evading police, motor vehicle, five days.

Steven S. Aube, operating on suspended operator’s license, $50 fine and costs; failure to surrender revoked operator’s license, merged; possessing license when privileges are revoked, $100 fine; expired registration plates, expired registration receipt and improper display of registration plates, merged.

Jaylan Dawson, fourth-degree domestic assault, 180 days, probated two years on condition of no further offenses.

Jansen Dunham, harassment (physical contact) no injury, dismissed without prejudice.
