Chloe Della Miller, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500, $200 fine, costs, 40 days, to serve 10 days with credit, remaining time probated two years with no offenses.

Brian Granville Burton, theft by deception less than $10,000 amended to attempt, 12 months probated two years with no offenses; theft by deception less than $10,000, dismissed with leave.

Zachary Griffin, second-degree wanton endangerment of police officer, $100 fine, 60 days probated two years with no offenses; operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and improper equipment, dismissed with leave.

Commanche M. Robbins, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to attempt, dismissed with leave; possession of drug paraphernalia, $100 fine, 90 days probated two years with no offenses.

Ricky L. Robbins, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth amended to possession of drug paraphernalia, $100 fine, 90 days probated two years with no offenses.

Dustin Adams, failure to wear seat belts, $25 fine; no brake lights (passenger vehicle) and failure to produce insurance card, dismissed with leave.

Samuel Fitzgerald Davis, expired registration receipt and plates, and improper registration plates, all dismissed with leave; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 probated; failure to wear seat belts, $25 fine.

Charles B. Griffis, speeding 10 mph over, possessing license when privileges are revoked, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation, dismissed with leave; expired registration plates and receipt, and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, dismissed on proof; failure to produce insurance card, $1,000 fine, $900 probated, and costs.

Kamil Kaminski, two counts first-degree criminal abuse, child 12 or under. Waived to grand jury.

Cody Charle Kreisl, speeding 15 mph over limit, standard fine and costs; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 probated; expired registration plates, dismissed with leave.

Tad Joel Shelton, speeding 16 mph over (limited access), amended to 24 mph over, to attend STS; reckless driving, dismissed with leave.

Logan Clint Smith, operating on suspended operator’s license, amended to no operator’s license in possession. Fine paid.

Scott Casey Vaught, two counts all other traffic offenses not listed, $25 fine and costs on one count and other count dismissed with leave.
