Hello and praise the Lord from the Stanford Church of the Nazarene. We are glad you have taken the time to read our article this week and hope you find some encouragement from it.
Question of the week: Did you know that the King is coming and that the way of righteousness is only found through Him?
To find more answers, you can visit YouTube and watch this past Sunday’s services. On Sunday morning we looked at Luke 19:11-26 on the subject of the “King is Coming” and then followed up on Sunday night in our Walk Through Romans looking at Romans 4 and the subject of “The Way of Righteousness.”
Some upcoming events include our community Good Friday Service tomorrow (Friday, April 19) at 7 p.m. in the fellowship hall; the community Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 20 at 2 p.m. at the church; and our Easter services on Sunday, April 21 at 11 a.m. Finally, on Sunday morning, May 5, we will be visited by the Gideon’s International, hearing about God’s work around the globe. We will also be receiving a love offering for Gideon’s International.
Want to sing? Come join us on Sunday nights. The first Sunday night of every month is “Song and Testimony” night and every Sunday night is “open mic.” If the Lord has placed a song and/or testimony on your heart we would encourage you to come be with us and share.
Want to watch live but can’t make it on Sunday? Navigate to Bro. Buford’s Facebook page, (Buford Edwards II) and tune in for the Facebook Live, stream of Sunday’s services.
