Misty D. Brock, operating on suspended operator’s license amended to no operator’s license in possession, $25 fine and costs.

Richard Junior Green, speeding 21 mph over limit, dismissed with leave; operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, amended to reckless driving, $100 fine; reckless driving, failure to or improper signal, improper passing, failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation, and failure to produce insurance card, all dismissed with leave.

Michael James Harrison, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, dismissed with prejudice.

Winona M. Herrington, second-degree promoting contraband, dismissed with leave; possession of drug paraphernalia, $100 fine.

Dakota J. Muncie, operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, $200 fine, $375 fee, 30 days license suspension and 30 days, probated two years on condition of no further offenses.

Jennifer L. Smith, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 suspended and costs; expired registration receipt, dismissed.

Gerald Burchfield, three counts third-degree arson; first-degree wanton endangerment. Probable cause established. Refer to grand jury.

Steven L. Gerkey, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified. Waived to grand jury with counsel.

Brent Kendall, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, amended to attempted, 365 days, probated one year on condition of no further offenses.
