Lenten Lunches

The Lincoln Ministerial Association is sponsoring Lenten Lunches. All lunches start at noon and end at 1 p.m. Donations will be accepted and will go toward special causes that each church will identify at the lunch. Locations and dates for the lunches include: March 27 – Stanford Baptist Church; April 3 – Fairview Baptist Church (transportation provided); April 10 – Pleasant View Baptist Church (transportation provided).

Gospel meeting at Stanford Church of Christ

Stanford Church of Christ will hold a gospel meeting, April 7-10. Guest speaker will be Tom Hall from Mount Pleasant Church of Christ in Bowling Green. Sermon Series: Sunday, 9:30 a.m. – Love: Bond of Perfection; Sunday, 10:30 a.m. – An Invitation with Promise; Sunday, 6 p.m. – How Well Do You Know God?; Monday, 7 p.m. – Standing on the Promises; Tuesday, 7 p.m. – I Will Build My Church; Wednesday, 6 p.m. – When Will Jesus Return? Everyone welcome.

Stanford Baptist to present Living Last Supper

The congregation of Stanford Baptist Church invites the public to worship with the church as they celebrate the Easter season with a performance of the Living Last Supper. The performance will be on Sunday, April 14 at 6 p.m. in the SBC sanctuary. An offering to benefit Fort Logan Cooperative Ministries will be received. A reception will follow in the Christian Life Center.

Watoto African Children’s Choir to be in concert

The congregation of Stanford Baptist Church invites everyone to come and worship as they host the Watoto African Children’s Choir in concert on Thursday, April 25. The concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the SBC sanctuary. An offering will be taken to help with the choir’s expenses.
