Elsie Moore, 79, of Mayfield, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019.

Born March 6, 1939, in Waynesburg, Elsie was a daughter of the late Leonard and Mary Oaks Dowell. She retired from the PVA in Stanford.

She is survived by two sons, Ken Waddell and Leonard Moore; one daughter, Judy Gray; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Duff Moore; a son, Duff Stephen Moore; her parents; and her siblings.

Memorial services were Sunday, March 3 at Olive Baptist Church in Waynesburg with Bro. Bert Hall officiating.

Morris & Hislope Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
