The Lincoln County Middle School Eagle basketball teams posted a record of 8-1 in games with Meece, Danville Bate and Mercer County.

The only blemish over the last week came against Meece Middle School as the sixth-grade Eagles fell 46-32 at Somerset High School. Lincoln went 8-0 the rest of the way, with the seventh- and eighth-grade teams victorious against Meece and the Eagle squads getting sweeps at home versus Danville Bate Middle and at Mercer Middle.

The sixth-grade team, led by Steve Ralston, is now 10-6, 4-1 in the Salt River Conference (SRC). The seventh-grade Eagles, coached by Carl-Lewis Cummins, are now 11-3, 4-1 SRC. Eric Ralston and his eighth-grade Eagles stand at 15-0, 5-0 SRC.
