It was a 5-1 stint on the hardwood this past week, with the Lincoln County Middle School boys basketball teams getting a 3-0 sweep of Garrard County Saturday followed by a 2-1 run against Anderson County Monday night in their first Salt River Conference (SRC) Game.

The sixth-grade Eagles, coached by Steve Ralston are 4-2 overall, 0-1 in the SRC. The seventh-graders, coached by Carl-Lewis Cummins, and eighth-graders, led by Eric Ralston, are both 6-0 overall, 0-1 in the conference.
