Indictments handed down by the Lincoln grand jury

The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on Sept. 28:

• Justin Thomas April, 27, 225 A Jessica Way, Stanford: first-degree assault; first-degree criminal abuse by intentionally abusing a person under 12. Bail was set at $250,000 cash. Detective Michael Allen with the Kentucky State Police was witness.

• Lindsay D. Hawk, 58, 102 Poplar Court, Stanford: unlawfully obtaining a controlled substance prescription. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or property. Brandon Curlis with the Kentucky State Police testified.

• Shanna Middleton Snow, 40, 3900 Moccasin Road, Hustonville: first-degree wanton endangerment in vehicle; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol after having been convicted of at least three prior DUI charges. Bail was set at $20,000 cash or property. Michael Mullins with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office testified.

The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on Oct. 1:

• Brittany N. Woods, 24, 4405 Bellrad Drive, Louisville: third-degree burglary at Walmart; theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Walmart valued less than $500. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or property. Jason Hignite with Stanford Walmart testified.

• William R. Chasteen, 53, 104 Myers Court, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe and scales; no seat belts; driving on suspended license. Bail not listed. Matti Hutti with KSP testified.

• Kati L. (Tipton) Montgomery, 39, 96 Shearin Ave., Danville: second-degree burglary; third-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $75,000. Rob Oney with the LCSO testified.

• William Lee Love, 52, 101 South Braxton St., Perryville: first-degree wanton endangerment in a vehicle; DUI; second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $35,000. Mullins testified.

• Erik Ray Coffey, 39, 1246 Rube Brown Road, Hustonville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $25,000 and Mullins testified.

• Joshua C. Emerson, 36, 1198 Copper Creek Road, Mt. Vernon: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $25,000 and Mullins testified.

• Samuel L. Blakey, 36, 2585 Bowen Road, Stanford: second-degree assault with serious physical injury; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $100,000 cash and Mullins testified.

• Robert H. Martin Jr., 49, 101 Ash Road, Hustonville: retaliating against a participant in the legal process by threatening Lincoln County Circuit Judge. Bail was set at $25,000. Bradley Wilson with Probation and Parole testified.

• Peggy A. Griffin, 56, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, Oxycodone. Bail was set at $25,000 and Curlis testified.

• Steven E. Griffin, 49, 100 D Lacy St., Stanford: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, Oxycodone. Bail was set at $25,000 for each count; two counts complicity to traffic in a controlled substance. Bail was set at $15,000 each count and Curlis testified.

• Larry R. Reece, 63, 897 Perry Rogers Road, Lancaster: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, Oxycodone. Bail was set at $25,000 each count and Curlis testified.

The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on Oct. 2:

• Loretta M. Rowe, 53, 108 Helm St., Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, Oxycodone. Bail was set at $25,000 and Curlis testifed.

• Jessica R. Rowe, 30, 108 Helm St., Stanford: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, Oxycodone. Bail was set at $50,000 and Curlis testifed.

• William East, 36, 113 Dundee Drive, Lexington: flagrant non-support of his minor child (children) in the amount $9,450. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified. Bail was set at $9,000 cash.

• Christopher S. Brock, 44, 135 Sharon Lane, Waynesburg: flagrant non-support of his children in the amount of $32,713.89. Bail was set at $30,000 cash. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.

• Rickey Byrd, 33, 925 Fifth Ave., Frankfort: flagrant non-support for his child in the amount of $17,833.54. Bail was set at $17,000 cash and Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.

• James M. Stegall, 35, 405 Driftwood, Grayson: flagrant non-support of his child in the amount of $13,917,92. Bail was set at $13,000 cash. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.

• Christopher H. Parks, 29, 368 Ky. 328 West, Waynesburg: flagrant non-support of his child in the amount of $10,152.31. Bail was set at $10,000 cash. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.

• Devin B. Snow, 21, 3900 Moccasin Road, Hustonville: first-degree wanton endangerment in a vehicle; first-degree fleeing or evading police. Bail was set at $35,000. Toney Dollins with KSP testified.

The following people were directly indicted on Sept. 17:

• Sherril Harris: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth.

• Kari Ann Carter: third-degree burglary.

The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on Aug. 24:

• Lee U. Everett, 38, 100 Cold Springs Drive, Stanford: second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more. John Williams with the Stanford Police Department testified.

• Andrew D. Grider, 26, 149 Edgewood Drive, Stanford: second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more. John Williams with the Stanford Police Department testified.
