Hello and praise the Lord from the Stanford Church of the Nazarene. We are glad you have taken the time to read our article this week and hope you find some encouragement from it.

Question of the week: Are you being true to Jesus or have there been occasions when you have betrayed Him?

To find more answers, you can visit YouTube and watch this past Sunday’s services as Brother Buford returned to the Journey through Matthew, looking at chapter 26 and the arrest and betrayal of Jesus. We find Jesus arrested, betrayed by his disciples, and alone to face the sinful judgment of hate filled people, whose hearts were so darkened by sin that they had no other thoughts on their mind but murder. While we may never physically harm others, how often do we “murder” them in our minds through hate and bitterness toward them?

Want to sing? Come join us on Sunday nights. The first Sunday night of every month is “Song and Testimony” night and every Sunday night is “open mic.” If the Lord has placed a song and/or testimony on your heart we would encourage you to come be with us and share.

Want to watch live but can’t make it on Sunday? Navigate to Bro. Buford’s facebook page, (Buford Edwards II) and tune in for the Facebook Live, stream of Sunday’s services.

If you would like more information about our church and different activities that are available, visit us on the web at https://stanfordchurchofthenazarene.com, and as always don’t forget to “like” us on Facebook. Have a blessed week and come see us.
