The Lincoln County soccer Patriots snapped a two-game skid with a 7-0 shutout of visiting North Laurel Tuesday.

Lincoln, which had dropped back-to-back games to West Jessamine and Somerset, improves to 6-2 with the win.

Trey Cummins and Austin Wethington both got hat tricks (three goals) to lead the soccer Pats to the win. Gavin Skipper added the other goal.

Cummins, Josh Hatfield and Carter Muse each had two assists and Wethington had one assist.
