APRIL 23

Candace Moore, first-degree criminal possession forged instrument amended to third-degree, 30 days probated six months.

Candice Anita Moore, reckless driving, merged; second-degree fleeing or evading police, motor vehicle, 30 days probated six months.

Tammy Reyes, first-degree possession controlled substance, meth amended to attempted, 12 months probated one year; two counts possession drug paraphernalia.

APRIL 26

Jordan Asberry, two counts fourth-degree assault minor injury, six months on each count;two counts third-degree criminal mischief, merged.

James David Aughton, speeding 26 mph over, merged; operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, $200, $375 fee, counseling and 30 days license suspension.
